Q. When does judging begin and when are the winners announced?
A. Judging begins on the 1st of the following month (i.e. January contest judging begins on February 1). Judging lasts between 7-10 days. We contact our winners shortly after and announce the finalists and winner on our winners page of our website.
Q. How can I vote?
A. While we value your opinions, we leave our scoring up to our professional talent and casting agents. This is what makes the CuteKid different. Our judges have years of experience in spotting talent and selecting those fresh, CuteKid faces.
Q. I just entered my photo into the contest, what month's contest will it be entered into?
A. TheCuteKid contests run on the calendar month, ending at midnight EST of the last day of the month. So any photo that you enter in a given month is automatically entered into that month's contest.
Q. Do I have to pay anything?
A. TheCuteKid allows members to upload and save their pictures to our site for Free. Your photos may be seen by industry professionals looking for that new face. If you would like to be included in one of our monthly contests for cash and prizes, there is a fee of $19.95 per photo.
Q. My credit card was declined because of AVS mismatch, what does that mean?
A. The address on your CuteKid member account must match the address on the billing statement of your credit card. Please put any apartment number details on the proper address line.
Q. Why can't I upload my photos?
A. Please check that JavaScript is enabled on your computer and that your photos are in the .jpg or .gif format. Once you are sure that JavaScript is enabled, please try to upload your photos again. Please upload one photo at a time and do not complete your child's information until all of your photos have been uploaded. If you continue to have issues please contact customer service.
